Prom (or formal wear occasion) Closet
The Bainbridge Island Prom Dress Closet is a nonprofit organization started by Ava Staniewicz when she was a junior at Bainbridge High School.  There are a variety of dresses and accessories available, from party to formal prom dresses, free for the community to borrow for special events.  Originally started for prom dresses for high school seniors, they also loan out dresses for other dances and parties.  As styles are changing, and not all dresses return in wearable condition, they accept donations of used and new dresses, shoes and accessories.  If you would like to book an appointment, please send an email to [email protected] or call Patty Daly at  206-902-6017.
